
Members of the ESE team have extensive experience in managing environmental assessment and compliance related projects under the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s (TCEQ) Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP), Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA), EPA’s Superfund, and many other state and local programs associated with hazardous waste contamination. ESE’s team has completed Affected Property Assessments and Reports (APAR), Response Action Plans (RAP), Remedy Standard A and B closures, Response Action Effectiveness Reports (RAER), Response Action Completion Reports (RACR), Post Closure Response Actions (PCRA), RCRA permits, Notice of Registration (NOR) updates and closures, storm water management plans, and spill plans.
ESE has managed TRRP actions for sites under the TCEQ’s Corrective Action and Enforcement Sections. In addition ESE has received numerous Certificates of Completion (COC) for our clients through the TCEQ’s Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) under TRRP and the former Risk Reduction Rules (RRR) ESE has also conducted and feasibility assessments and site investigations in accordance with RCRA and CERCLA.
