A quick reminder to our valued clients, December Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) submission due dates include:
📅 Dec 20 –
• Wastewater Discharge: November DMR
• Medical Waste Processing Facilities (excluding Transfer Stations Only): Solid Waste Summary Report for 1st Quarter (Sept. 1 through Nov. 30)
• MSW Landfills, and MSW permitted and registered processors (excluding Transfer Stations Only): Solid Waste Summary Report for 1st Quarter (Sept. 1 through Nov. 30)
📅 Dec 30 –
• All Public Drinking Water Systems: public health service fee (due 30 days from the billing date)
• Annual water quality fees are invoiced for Stormwater General Permits (except for Stormwater Construction General Permits). Fees are due 30 days from the invoice date.
📅 Dec 31 –
• Categorical Industrial Users that discharge to a publicly owned treatment works without an approved pretreatment program: semi-annual report
