- Water Rights Holder: annual water-use report
- Scrap-tire Transporter: annual activity report
- Combined Scrap Tire and Storage Site: annual activity report
- Industrial and Hazardous Waste: Annual Waste Summary report (electronic filers)
- Medical Waste Transporter and Medical Waste Mobile On-Site Treatment: Annual Summary Report
- Tier II chemical inventory reports
📅 Mar 30 –
- Wastewater Discharge: February DMR
- Medical Waste Processing Facilities (excluding Transfer Stations Only): Solid Waste Summary Report for 2nd Quarter (Dec. 1 through Feb. 28)
- Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills, and MSW permitted and registered processors (excluding Transfer Stations Only): Solid Waste Summary Report for 2nd Quarter (Dec. 1 through Feb. 28)
📅 Mar 31 –
- Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO): annual report
- Multi-sector general permit (MSGP) for industrial storm water discharges:
- Benchmark Monitoring Report
- DMRs on numeric effluent limits (annual hazardous metals) if analyses indicate an exceedance of any constituent listed
- DMRs on sector-specific, numeric effluent limits
- Air Emissions Inventory: annual reports due
