Jason Binford is an environmental consultant with more than 20 years of experience in environmental consulting and laboratory industry. Mr. Binford has diverse and wide-ranging experience in program and project management, field operations, regulatory interactions, negotiations, due diligence, and technical reporting in support of soil and groundwater assessments associated with risked-based regulatory closure programs. Representative clients have included commercial/industrial developers, multifamily developers, various industrial interests, financial institutions, federal agencies, municipalities, and county agencies. Mr. Binford is also highly experienced and proficient in providing asbestos, mold, and lead consulting services inclusive of material hazard identification, evaluation, management, specification development, abatement/protocol design and oversight, bid solicitation, and flood/disaster related response.
