Job Description
ESE Partners is seeking a Senior Environmental Compliance Consultant in Houston, Austin and Dallas. The hired candidate will be responsible for overseeing ESE Partners Environmental Compliance Business Unit which serves clients in the aggregate, chemical, midstream, upstream and a manufacturing industries.
Key Performance Indicators include:
Manage and oversee the delivery of $1MM in revenue through the delivery of environmental compliance services by the end of year one.Maintain business unit utilization target of 90%.Grow compliance business unit revenue by 15% YOY.Recruit and retain A players with the assistance of ESE In-house recruiters.Deliver $1.2MM in sales by the end of year one with the assistance of ESE sales and marketing resources and personnel.The candidate will have demonstrated experience with:
Delivering air, water, waste, multimedia and ESG related services to the market place, as further outlined below.Managing and developing junior staffGuiding project managers and negotiating with regulators on behalf of clientsSupporting business development effortsMaintaining relationships with existing clientsLearning and developing new service lines within the practice of Environmental Compliance consultingManaging multiple projects and project managers while being responsible for the successful performance of Business Unit or team.Developing cost proposals and budget estimatesThe preferred candidates will have the following Clifton Strengths
