At ESE, Mr. Hoelzen is accountable for identifying, evaluating, developing, negotiating and procuring Master Service Agreements for the upstream, midstream, energy, chemical, manufacturing, industrial, developers, private equity, financial institutions, attorneys, commercial real estate, and government agencies across 5 business units within ESE. In addition, Mr. Hoelzen is responsible for over 30% of the company’s sales goals while overseeing and managing the marketing division and the day-to-day activities for sales and marketing department.

Mr. Hoelzen started in 2012 in Houston, Texas and has helped assist with ESE’s strategic operational, sales, quality, and cultural growth of ESE Partners that has turned ESE from six-person due diligence and corrective action practice to a multi-million-dollar, multidisciplinary firm with office locations in Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas.
