Tim O’Neil is a co-founder of ESE and Managing Director of Remediation. He has over 26 years of environmental consulting and engineering experience. After receiving a BS degree in Civil Engineering and MS degree in Environmental Engineering from Auburn University, he worked as an environmental consultant providing site assessment and remediation engineering services to industrial, commercial, oil and gas, and public sector markets. His primary technical experience is in the areas of environmental due diligence, remediation, risk based corrective action, engineering/demolition design, and technical specifications. Additionally, he has extensive experience in leading Brownfields reclamation efforts. Mr. O’Neil is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Alabama.
